I tried to buy 2 song pack for 3.99. But when the button is clicked, nothing happened so I clicked again. Then suddenly pop out several alert windows and it turns out me spending extra 3.99, which wasnt my intention. Pls refund me for this unwanted 2 song pack. Thx

I pay for no banner and was impossible to get. I pay for 2 songs and work well, then I try with 10 packs credit and it never was delivery to the software. Very frustrating experience !!

What a disappointment & waste. Purchased & song didnt play no matter what I tried.

Enjoyed this so till I needed support when got a new phone. They have some bogus ticket system when asking for help and after NOT helping me or returning my requests for help they sent me this reply I might consider giving you the information if you finally follow instructions and only use one ticket rather than cluttering our system with pointless tickets. Well they ripped me off because I list all my songs and credits and would NEVER advise using this app. There are much better ones than this.
